WHEN REAL ESTATE SERVICES ARE NEEDED

Should our work together include real estate brokerage services such as:

• Listing your property for sale
• Assisting with property purchase
• Negotiating real estate transactions
• Coordinating property showings
• Providing comparative market analysis (CMA)

We will establish a formal agency relationship through a separate written agreement (such as a Listing Agreement or Buyer Agency Agreement) that clearly defines:

• Agency duties owed to you
• Compensation structure
• Duration of representation

NORTH CAROLINA AGENCY DISCLOSURE

North Carolina General Statute 93A-6(a)(10) and NC Real Estate Commission Rule A.0104(d) require all real estate licensees to provide the "Working With Real Estate Agents" disclosure form at "first substantial contact" with any party to a real estate transaction.

• Blueprint courses and educational materials are available nationwide
• Real estate brokerage services are NOT available outside North Carolina
• You will be referred to a licensed agent in your state if real estate services are needed

5. REFERRAL RELATIONSHIPS & COMPENSATION

Riggins Strategic Solutions may pay referral fees to:

• Healthcare representatives
• Moving companies
• Senior move coordinators
• Other service providers

These referral fees are paid by Riggins Strategic Solutions (the consulting business), NOT in connection with real estate transactions. Therefore, these referrals are not subject to RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act) regulations.

You are never obligated to use any referred service provider. You are free to choose your own professionals.

6. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

Results vary. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

The strategies, tools, and information provided in Riggins Strategic Solutions courses and consultations are based on general principles and Ryan Riggins' professional experience. However:

Blueprint Core ($47 one-time):

• 14-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase
• Request refund by emailing support@rigginsstrategicsolutions.com
• Access to course materials will be revoked upon refund

Blueprint Premium ($297 one-time):

• 14-day money-back guarantee BEFORE initial consultation
• No refunds after initial consultation has been completed
• Consultation time and custom plan creation cannot be refunded once delivered

SeniorSafe App ($14.99/month subscription):

• 14-day free trial included with new account signup. Cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be charged.
• Monthly subscriptions are billed via Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe (web signup) depending on where you subscribed.
• Cancel anytime through your account settings or your App Store / Google Play subscription management. Cancellation stops future billing.
• No partial-month refunds on active subscriptions. You retain access through the end of the paid billing period.
• Apple App Store and Google Play refund requests are processed by Apple and Google according to their published refund policies, not by Riggins Strategic Solutions.

Blueprint refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

10. ACCESS & LICENSE TO MATERIALS

Access Period:

• Blueprint Core ($47): 12 months of access to course materials from purchase date
• Blueprint Premium ($297): 12 months of access to course materials from purchase date, plus your 60-minute consultation, personalized plan, and 90 days of email support following the consultation
• SeniorSafe App ($14.99/month): Access remains active as long as your subscription is current. If you cancel, access continues through the end of the paid billing period, then ends.

After 12 months (Blueprint Core and Blueprint Premium):

• Access to course materials will expire
• You may renew access for an additional fee
• Downloaded materials remain yours to keep

License Restrictions:

You may NOT:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Reproduce or distribute course materials
• Sell, license, or sublicense materials to others
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Post materials publicly online

You may:

• Download materials for personal use
• Print worksheets and tools for your own planning
• Share general concepts (not copyrighted materials) with family

Violation of these terms may result in:

• Immediate termination of access
• Legal action for copyright infringement
• No refund of fees paid

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Riggins Strategic Solutions, Ryan Riggins, and eXp Realty shall not be liable for:

• Any decisions you make based on course materials

• Losses, damages, or expenses resulting from use of materials
• Errors or omissions in course content
• Changes in laws, regulations, or market conditions
• Actions or advice of third-party professionals you consult

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your decisions
• You will consult appropriate professionals before taking action
• You use course materials at your own risk
• You will not hold Riggins Strategic Solutions liable for outcomes

12. UPDATES & CHANGES

Course materials are updated periodically to reflect

• Changes in laws and regulations

• User feedback and improvements

You will receive automatic updates during your 12-month access period at no additional charge.

However:

• We do not guarantee materials are always current
• Laws and regulations change frequently
• You should verify information with current sources

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program Description: Riggins Strategic Solutions offers an SMS program to provide information about senior transition services, including downsizing assistance, estate coordination, and real estate guidance for families navigating housing transitions.

Use Cases: Messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Updates on your transition process
• Educational content about senior housing options
• Service availability and scheduling
• Responses to your inquiries
• Occasional promotional offers (no more than 1 per week)

Opt-In: By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Riggins Strategic Solutions. Consent is not required to purchase services.

Opt-Out: Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one final confirmation message. Text HELP for customer support.

Message Frequency: Varies. Typically 2-4 messages per month. Frequency may increase temporarily during active service engagement.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Riggins Strategic Solutions does not charge for messages, but your carrier may.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for carrier-related issues outside our control.
